Gymnastic Ranks

How to Qualify
To complete each activity, you will have to correctly perform a series of moves on each section of the gym. Mastering forward flips, rotations, split leaps and other moves is essential to progress in the competition.
Warm Up
Just as in real life, it is best to do a few warm up activities before moving on to the main events. These could be something as simple as laps around the mat, stretching, runs and basic flips.
Monthly Competitions
There is a new online competition set every month, allowing players to try out their skills against other athletes. The bronze, silver and gold winners in each category have their names shown in a YouTube video!
